So Minecraft is going to do that thing again where it decides that the mods you have suck and that they should be re-written. Don't worry, we've seen this many a time, and will continue to see it in the future. This break of code is to be known as "the Minecraft 1.3 update" and supposedly it's going to be pretty big. It will include things like native single player commands, a better creative mode menu (awesome for you big donors), bug fixes, the removal of herobrine, adventure mode, ender chests, and an updated herobrine skin. There is a lot that will be showcased in this update and hopefully it won't suck. I have confidence in Mojang though.

As with every update, the world will be reset as soon as we move to the updated version of Minecraft. This is so that our map will regenerate with updated ores and not be completely ruined by the new world generating system that is unique to nearly every update. If you are a veteran of the server, you will know that Fysics and I are not very good at two things: Talking to girls [hey, speak for yourself - fys] and book-keeping. Needless to say, while Fysics and I have been focusing on maintaining the internal systems and continuing to look for the best way to keep everything stable and fun, we forgot to keep track of the actual progress of our donations queue. People have been receiving the benefits of course, but per agreement, we have not been terminating benefits like we said we would. A lot of people have ended up getting more benefits than they paid for. With that being said, we have some catch up to do on that end so here's what is going to happen:

On June 8th (two weeks from this coming Friday) we will be purging all of our donation statuses. You can prevent your status from being revoked by sending an email to admins@phantomcraft.net in the following format:

Yeah you. We are back up thanks to fysics. You guys should be all like "OMG FYSICS I LUV YOU" or whatever you fangirls do. I'm going to work now, but definitely get on and play. Just saying.

We will be taking things down in an attempt to migrate most of our resources off of the main server. If you want to help, please manually move bits with us at our data centers from Phoenix to San Diego. We'll be back up as we relieve the strain of the server. In the mean time I'll give you guys something to do.
